Fabric madness
Afgelopen zondag was het voor de eerste keer Stoffenspektakel in Brugge. Ik vermoed dat ik een lichte voorkeur heb voor felle bloemenprints op een zwarte achtergrond :) In mei komen ze in Kortrijk en ik peins dat ik daar toch ook heen ga. Want 'fabric freak' is my middle name!
Last Sunday was the first time Stoffenspektakel came to Bruges. I guess I have a slight preference for bright floral prints on a black background :) In May they come to Courtrai and I guess that I'm going again. Cause 'fabric freak' is my middle name!
Big eyed girls
Deze ietwat bevreemdende werken zijn van Paulina Góra. De schilderijen en dan vooral de ogen hebben iets indringends en melancholisch waardoor je toch blijft kijken.
These somewhat astonishing works are made by Paulina Góra. The paintings and especially the eyes have something penetrating and slightly melancholic so you still keep looking.

Graphic: 100 little paintings in 2 months
Ondertussen al wel 2 jaar oud maar recent pas ontdekt. Deze duivel-doet-al gaf zichzelf 2 maanden de tijd om 100 kunstwerkjes te maken en dit was het resultaat. Mij viel vooral het kleurgebruik en de geometrische vormen op. Een klein overzichtje.
Meanwhile, already 2 years old but only recently discovered. This devil-does-all gave himself two months to make 100 little works of art and this was the result. I noticed especially the use of color and geometric shapes. A small overview.
